If we are to be faithful to God's word, we must ask what it says about the government of His church. What is the Biblical model for the leadership of the church? We believe every church should be led by a plurality of elders. Their humble servant-leadership should enable God-honoring congregational government, rather than being dictatorial or brash. If a church is not led well, how will it grow in Godliness?
